Noticed I had been using the sink to steady myself when changing underwear.
using hands on knees or any surface a lot more to get up.
Bed sleep is limited, no space,

Bendroflumethiazide 2.5mg high blood pressure
Atoravastatin 40mg for high cholesterol
Fully Diagnosed as Autistic at 48
